Clare Donovan graduated cum laude from Tulane University. After college, Clare and her mother volunteered to teach swimming lessons to individuals with special needs. The swimmers loved anything that glowed in the dark, so Clare and her mom searched for glowing goggles. Finding none in the market, the pair decided to invent them. That’s how, at 21, Clare patented the world's first glow-in-the-dark swim goggles and signed a deal with Amazon Exclusives. Since then, through a partnership with educators, researchers, and patent agents, Clare developed the PatentDive Educator curriculum. She hopes to prepare the next generation to innovate solutions to the problems they encounter.
