After your arrival at the Hilton Charlotte University Place Hotel (see address below), the registration process will include three tasks that can be completed in any order, you must:
- ALL DAY -Register with the hotel to receive your room assignment and room keys
- 1:15 pm-5:45 pm - Check in at the USPTO Registration and Information Table located in the Executive Boardroom in the lobby of the hotel.
- 1:15 pm-5:45 pm - Select materials at the Invention activity table also located in the Executive Boardroom in the lobby of the hotel.
If you arrive at the Hotel after 5:30 pm and no one is in the Executive Boardroom at either USPTO table, kindly go directly to the Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm located in the LAKEVIEW room of the lower level in the Hilton Charlotte University Place Hotel. The Welcome Teacher Orientation will run from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.
